Went Ring shopping yesterday...

My bf and I have been together for 4.5 years now and we have talked about marriage numerous times...So he decided out of the blue to go ring shopping to get an idea of what I like and do not like...He has an idea and I know that the proposal will be soon...I wanted to share the great news...Now I shall wait till he proposes and share that story soon...Thanks...

    Congrats, that's exciting.  BTW I like your inspiration board.  My sister used navy and hot pink.  I can dig up some pics of our BM dresses later, they were really nice.

    Awww I went thru the same thing a few weeks ago. Really exciting isn't it. Fun to know there are a lot of women out there going thru the same excitement. Now you need to post some photos of the ones you are looking at :D

    I went ring shopping with my FI first week of March and actually picked one out and watched him pay for it....and I didn't get the ring until the beginning of August! Just letting you know cuz I was sitting around waiting and wondering and it was the longest 5 months of my life! Try not to think of it too much!

    It's lovely! My boyfriend of almost 4 years finally decided (out of the blue) to go look at rings about a month ago, and we also found one at Kay. Now I'm just sitting around and waiting for that special day. I hope for both our sakes they get on it, soon!     klynn86, I dont know how you managed to survive all that time. That is nuts to know he picked it but didnt propose for all that time! My man and I went ring shopping a few times and we picked THE ring but I won't find out when he is going to actually go and buy it and propose, tho he did say it would be soon.

    Mawa- I was secretly planning my wedding too!  I just got engaged a few weeks ago and we are getting married in March! I knew the ring was coming as we have been together 5 years and went ring shopping together in July, but I had no idea when he was going to buy one! He totally caught me off guard with the proposal and the ring! I hope the same happens for you! Good luck and don't drive yourself too crazy the wait is worth it!

    I am trying 2 taking it easy but it is driving me nuts...Hopefully it shall be soon if not by the holidays for sure...I love him so much and I cant wait to take his name...I will keep you ladies posted...
