Ha for the clarification!  And I can't decide which is worse...people who are married/have children that want to rush you into doing the same so they have company; or people who are married/have children that tell you to never ever get married and if you do, don't have kids.

I'm a glass half full person most of the time, so I guess I would prefer the rushers to the don't get marrieds. The don't get marrieds would make me a little depressed. If you have both, maybe at least they balance each other out. Unfortunately, most of our couple friends want to push us along. Makes it hard for me to keep my head and stay patient, when every time I see the marrieds, they look pointedly at my hand and say in a pitying way, "still waiting?"

Congrats Jeana that's awesome!! 1 more hour of work! I can not wait. I may not have a horribly exciting weekend ahead of my, but this has been one slow week that is for sure. I'm seriously thinking about checking out a vineyard with my friend tomorrow. Oh how I love wine!

I feel the same way desertsun. Most of our married friends have been together for 2 years tops (including time dating) so 5+ years and no ring is quite sad to them. It drives me CRAZY!
