Wacky Proposals

In another thread, I know there was talk about proposals and crazy over the top proposals. I know some of you ladies are engaged, some married and some none of the above like me.

What's the wackiest craziest proposal you've ever seen or heard about?

The ones I always seem to enjoy are the flash mob proposals.

I'm pretty sure the UCLA one was staged. There's just something about it that seems off. Think about it. If your boyfriend (that you weren't sure if you wanted to marry or not) proposed to you. Would you run off? Or would you say 'yes' and then talk about it later? Or say 'no' but let's go outside where we're off-camera?

I just think the running away thing is really staged. But that's just me.

I always wondered how those proposal fails even happen... like wouldn't the guy (hopefully) know the girl well enough to kind of know what her response will be? Unless the guy is BSC and is proposing after the 2nd date, then it makes sense for the chick to run far far away.
