So far my morning's okay. I have to do a sales summary report for work but I totally blanked on how to do it - ah, the life of a temp. 

Also few days ago I mentioned to my office manager in conversation that BF and I still did not have a coffee table. She showed up this morning with her old one that she can't use anymore and offered it to me! WHOO FREE STUFF!

I'm on vacation for a couple weeks (well, stay-cation because I'm trying to save money) and was hoping to sleep in this morning. Unfortunately the apartment beside us is being renovated, so all I can hear are power drills, hammers and a saws-all.

Morning has been okay, working on a presentation right now. I do them so rarely that I constantly forget how to use Powerpoint. it's coming back to me...slowly.

Oh I bet you're so NOT looking forward to that. Unless you have dogs that don't mind being bathed. Mine HATE it. Bailey is small enough I can just pick up and plop in the tub, but Pepper is old and fat with bad hips so getting him up off the couch and into the bathtub takes some cunning - and lots of dog treats.

We have a shower stall and Mikey can be lured in pretty easily.  I'll have to chase Mol and corner her.  After I get them in I have to somehow cover the drain and keep the door closed and give them both a bath.  It should be interesting.

Aww poor Molly - it's for her own good! With my dogs I have to actually leash them to get them up to the bathtub.

BTW - dunno if you've seen the commercials for it but there's a TV show coming out soon called "Mike and Molly". I saw it and thought about your dogs.

I HATE THAT STUPID HELZBERG DIAMONDS THING!!!!!!!!

This morning was annoying, people are selfish and bitchy. Then the next minute they turn into children and scream that "tomorrow is Friday". Yes this is going on in an office with "professionals" haha. But everyone posting pictures of furbabies made me happy again. I am the kind of person that I could be yelling, then a puppy walks past and I turn into jello and scream "I want to pet the puppy!!"

I usually go by Emily, Kathleen is my middle name. Most of the people I know named Kathleen use Katie. It's my grandma's middle name also but she has always gone by Cat or Cathy and only family call her by her first name (Cordia/Cordie). In middle school I tried to go by Kate (since my BFF was already Katie) but it never caught on, LOL.

Fleabaths aren't that hard to do after your can wrangle them in the bathroom. Since you have a stall is should be easier to trap them. Mile would try to jump out the tub during the wait period.

With Bosco, you had to put a towel over the wall of the tub and throw bologna in the tub. If that towel wasn't there he refused to get in but as long as you put that towel down he was easy to get in the tub (that is, after you finally caught him and drug him to the bathroom.

ekathleen, I'm a Cathleen who goes by Cate.  I used to go by Catie when I was little, but I decided anything that ended with the "ee" sound was "little girlish" so I changed in 6th grade.  Family and old friends still sometimes call me Catie, but I don't mind.  I tried to go by Cat, but my Mom really hated that, so that died quickly.

And fleas SUCK!  I didn't realize they could live in grass without an animal... my lawn has been treated for fleas multiple times and they keep coming back because of all the stray cats in our neighborhood.  My ankles end up bitten to death just walking to and from my car!

Did you guys give her a flea bath and flea bomb your house?  I feel like you really have to flea bomb the house to get rid of them too.  Are you guys getting bit by them too?  When my grandmothers cats used to have them back in the day I couldnt even go in her house I used to get bit so bad.

My morning has been fuzzy. Couldn't sleep last night so decided to watch Labryinth and tie all the little bows on my wedding favors. By the 10th one I was a pro , lol. After that somewhere I finally passed out..remember hearing FI pour some cereal and talk to the cats..and then kissing me goodbye.

I woke up the first time about 9am and it was from a text from my sister telling me she would email me and hasnt made travel arrangements because she was sick  whatever , its always some excuse from her.

My stomach isnt feeling so great so I feel kinda bleh right now

...but i get tomorrow off! Days off are easy when your boss (aka- my grandfather) is taking you to see one of the Shakespeare Festival plays!
