Any happy "nail the interview" vibes would be much appreciated.  And I'll return after my interview (at 8:30!) to let you all know how it went.  Unless it was embarassing.  In which case, I'll be hiding somewhere crying about how I didn't get the job...

    Okay.... back from the interview, which wasn't really an interview although I met with the Director of HR, the Foreign Language Coordinator, and the Principal.  I didn't get asked any interview questions! But we did meet for about an hour. 

    And now I'm both TERRIFIED and EXCITED and it depends on when you ask me how I'm feeling at that exact moment. Basically, my student teaching is going to be an extended job interview... after which, they will (most likely) want me to be a long-term sub to finish out the remainder of the semester. They won't officially post the job until during the spring semester, at which time I will more officially interview for it. I do NOT have a guaranteed job for the fall, but I'm definitely increasing my odds for it by starting with them now. I liked everyone I met with, and as my mom says, "It's my job to lose" at this point. So I am going to be a rockstar next semester! I don't know if this makes sense to anyone else... *scratches head*
