That is so adorable.  I love going for walks and biek rides and seeing an elderly couple holding hands when they're walking.  Gives me the hope that BF and I will be there someday.

I love it!  I saw an elderly couple in the store holding hands and I melted. :)  I'm with you on hoping that'll be me and BF one day motolyn!

I love old couples.  My grandparents are honestly one of the cutest couples I know!

BF always jokes that he'll pass me brownies under the table at the nursing home.  I love that image :-)

That's just the sweetest thing.  There's a couple at my church who have been married for 67 years - they bicker like newlyweds sometimes, but you can just see the love in their eyes.  Chances of FI and I making it 50+ years are slim (he'd be 92 by then), but if we do, I want to still see that love in his eyes then.

To be a fly on the wall when they check into that hotel for their honeymoon...I hope they get spoiled!

    Aww, that's adorable.

My 83 year old Papa is working on rekindling a relationship from during the war (both my Nana, and the other woman's husband have now passed away). Except that he lives in North America, and the lady lives in England (why they didn't end up married in the first place), so it's a bit more complicated. They've kept in touch for 60 years though, which is pretty incredible, and I'm really rooting for them.

Such a cute story! My Grandparents are married 60 years today! The cutest thing I've ever seen was after a snow storm. I was driving back home to see if my lights were back on yet and I saw this Old man pulling his "assumed" wife on a sled and she was smiling from ear to ear. Best thing EVER.
    When is my wedding
