Menu planning

I know i'm late to the party but with having 2 busy jobs now I figured I should make use of my day off wisely and finally started menu planning using google to search for low fat recipies and utilizing my 2 favorite cookbooks - the Biggest Loser Cookbook/Family Cookbook. So here goes..

Tonight/Thursday -Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts <<Clicky
                              Butter and Herb Rice pilaf

Friday -                 BBQ Turkey Meatloaf  <<Clicky
                             Skinny mashed potatoes
                             Steamed corn

Saturday -            New Orleans Rubbed Chicken with Apricot Glaze
                             Steamed Broccoli
                             Angel Hair pasta

Sunday -              Lowfat favorite meatballs
                            Whole wheat penne
                            Salad

Monday -             Peppered chopped ground beef steak
                            Roasted potatoes
                            Corn on the cob

Tuesday -           BBQ Chicken Breast Sandwiches on whole wheat Sandwich  
                             Thins
                            BBQ flavored Popchips

Wednesday -      Beef Stew ( recipie from Biggest Loser cookbook)
                            Skinny mashed potaotes
                            Green beans/ corn

Thursday  -           BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
                             Homemade baked french fries

Shopping list -
