Awhile ago I had wrote about there being cutbacks where I work and that they were looking for three volunteers by today before doing anything.
So, three people have come forward and it was close too, they didn't have a third until yesterday. This means I do not have to go through a competition to keep my job!
I feel for my coworkers who have volunteered to leave, but I can't help but be a bit selfish that I don't have to go through the competition. It's just a lot of stress that just immediately evaporated.
