If calories didn't exist for a day (stolen from E)

So this week I'm cutting my calories to 1000 a day. I know it's suggested you don't go below 1200 but I'm going on a date with BF on Friday and I don't want to have to worry to much about calories so I'm going to let those calories roll over to Friday. So pretty much everything looks super good to me right now :P

So if you could eat anything for a day without worrying about calories what would it be?

For me it would be a super delicious BBQ bacon cheeseburger and this:

Yumm...

Guh..if calories didn't exist for a day? A pizza. Yes, a stuffed crust Pizza Hut pizza with pepperoni...a whole pizza just for me. I'm a pizza fiend. Ok, that plus mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce, with a glass of Pepsi and some breadsticks.

Now my mouth's watering, and the more I think about it, the more I'm glad that calories do exist. I would eat so very terribly if they didn't.

I'd go to a buffet, because there's nothing I love more than a little of everything.

I would have to say fondu. Cheese fondu and dessert chocolate/peanut butter fondu with anything (breads, crackers, pretzels) and everything (marshmallows, brownies, fruit) to dip in them, lol.

    **I am a carb/chocolate freak**

I really should learn to stay away from food posts when I'm being so good on my diet!

Oh, and also: if it were possible ... ranch fondu... I LOVE ranch but can't have it because the diet is still horrible.

Calories don't matter to me. Now, if there was a day where I didn't have any food intolerances and food allergies, that is a whole other story.

Oh man, there is so much. I'm a big fan of carbs and cheese. Here are a few things from foodgawker that I have not been able to find an excuse to make yet:

    cheesy pepperoni bread

bloomin onion bread stuffed with cheese and onion

    jalapeno popper grilled cheese:

    red velvet cheesecake brownies:

    salted chocolate tart:

I could go on forever, I have tons of favorite foods that are horrible for you, unfortunately.

Bloomin onion from Outback. Texas cheese fries from Chili's. A decadent brownie dessert. And margaritas.

I BIG A$$ BOWL OF MASHED POTATOES!

I swear I could eat mashed potatoes for days. I don't know if it's because I'm Irish, or just an addict...but I really have a problem. If there are leftovers at thanksgiving, they will be devoured before they ever make it to the fridge. Poor BF...he's always like "do I get any of those". He knows where my true love lies!!!

I love carbs and cheese too. Just last night when I went out to eat with my parents I got this homemade cheese filled pasta with vodka sauce. It was amazing. I want it now! I'm so hungry now...think I'm going to go order a pizza!

Beth, are you going in with any type of plan already on what to eat to keep it at 1000 cals? When I'm sort of dieting I try to stay at 1200 and that's hard enough for me! I'm also super picky too which doesn't help (really don't like 'healthy' things like veggies and such)
