Thursday workout

I'll start one today so that Ely doesn't always have to :)

I did my Insanity workout this morning. I've gotten into a bad habit of the alarm going off at 5:10, and then just laying in bed until 5:40 looking at Facebook and TK. Then I bounce out of bed and find that I'm running late almost immediately. 

Anyway, today was Cardio Power and Resistance. It's a warm-up, two sets of three repetitions of four exercises (does that make sense?). I skipped one exercise in each set because my back is starting to hurt a little. But there were lots of push-ups today, so my arms are definitely feeling it. Another successful workout, I'd say... how was today's workout for you?
