Got back from Venezuela with a nice tan and a nasty cold... But other than that and the stolen items from my suitcase, (thanks American Airlines), it was an amazing trip!

This is my grandfather's 80th birthday party.



This is The Quicenera (15th birthday party) we went to.

    American is trying to get to the bottom of the issue and hopefully I will be getting a reimbursement check soon. And the cold really does suck especially because I was lazy last night and got salad bar food for me and the bf and now we are both sick with food poisoning! But, it was all worth it! So beautiful and wonderful to see my family.

    Fun fact... Everyone down there asked when our wedding was going to be. No one asked if we were getting married or if we were engaged, just when are we getting married. lol I told BF and he found that funny too and told me to tell them to get their visas now because it wont be too long :)

    What?! People stole out of your suitcase?? That's crazy. Is AA doing anything about that, or is it too common?

    Anyway, great pictures! It looks beautiful over there, especially that Little German Town.

    Alanna- Thanks! It really is beautiful down there and the dress is very special to me... a size 4 and I wore it only once before I gained weight a 4 years ago and I have saved it and was finally able to wear it again this summer!

    Jorja- Thank you very, very much! :) It feels great to have a tan... Its been a few years since I have had time to a get a tan in the summer!
