Butter Beer. I want some.

So i haven't been on a whole lot lately and when I am around I'm just creeping, lurking, and generally sneaking around. I've been super busy moving into our new house (yay!) and starting my same job over at a new location. 

Anyways I thought I remembered from a few months ago someone posting a recipe for butter beer. my new co-workers are huge harry potter fans (which is exciting) and some of them have been or are going this summer to the "wizarding world of harry potter" I thought it would be fun to make butter beer.

It might have been me...I posted a recipe in my intro post. It's an alcoholic version though

It's pretty much one part butterscotch schnapps, one part whipped cream vodka (you could probably also use vanilla vodka), and cream soda. The original recipe calls for it to be blended with ice, but I've just made it over ice without blending it. It also has a recipe for the topping, but I haven't had the ingredients available, so I haven't made it yet.
