I thought these were funny and I needed a good laugh today.  I wallowing a bit in "When will it be my turn to be engaged?"  my friend just told me she got engaged today she has been with her BF for about a yr and me and the BF have been together for 2.  I've know her since I was 7 I'm so happy she is finally with a great guy though.

    Ha.  I love that first one.  So much win.

    I'm glad you're happy for your friend.  Try to hang onto that.  If you constantly compare your relationship with others, you'll never be happy with it.

    I agree with Elle.  It sucks to deal with jealousy but remember you relationship is not the same and your own time will come :)  I am glad you are happy for her just hold on to that feeling for her :)

    Love them both!

    Elle gave great advice. Be happy for your friend. Your time will come when the time is right. I know, I give lame advise. One of my friends had to wait 9 years to get engaged and watch other friends get engaged in under 2 years.

    I love the Neville patronus so hard! I know what you mean. You're happy, really happy for your friends... But also sad for yourself. Try to hold onto the happy.

    The Neville one gets me every time. I love it.

    I agree with everyone else - stay happy for your friend & try to forget being sad for yourself. It's way easier said than done, but it will be worth it when it finally happens for you :-) Chin up buttercup! :-)

    Ohhh those are great!!

      I hate being in that type of mood.  I always try to tell myself there is always someone who is waiting longer than me.  I've been with bf almost 7 years and it gets tough, but I really am just happy that I found my someone and I LOVE him to no end.
