Pictures/Poses

Hi Everyone!

I've lurked for a while, but now I have a question so it's time to post :)

My friend is starting her own photography business. She has asked BF & I to pose for "couple pictures" so she can have some engagment-like pictures on her website. I like to be prepared, so I've been trying to think of a few "must take" poses, and was wondering if you ladies had any suggestions.

    A "dip" picture.
    A foot-poppin' smooch.
    Piggy-back ride (him on your back for an extra cute twist)
    Lying down with your heads together
    One of you whispering into the other's ear.

    Just have fun and talk to each other and she'll get some good candids.

    The one seriously have to have one I thought of is us on a blanket playing scrabble with love you on the board, but then we play scrabble like it's going out of style....which maybe it is lol.

    Scrabble will never go out of style.  My FI and I are big fans, too.

    I actually used Words with Friends to create a board showing our wedding date and I tried to convince FI to let me put it in our STDs, but he didn't go for it.  :(

    I know - tell him his choices are WWF or HP for the STD :)

    I know, I fully expected him to go for the idea, since we play WwF like crazy and we're really competitive about it.

    I'm just discovering this new, boring, traditional side of him.  Ugh.

    I think giving him the choice is a good idea, Sousa.

    We're really competitve with the words with friends too...but he doesn't play fair. He coaches the Academic team and they help him out sometimes. He claims it's just for practice for them, but unfair advantage! :)

    I would recommend searching "engagement pictures" or "couples pictures" on Pinterest and Flickr. Those two sites are excellent for photography ideas.
