Wish me Luck

We have a campaign going on for charity at work for pretty much the entire fall. Responsibilities rotate each year as to which division will plan things. The division responsible this year has completely slacked off and people have been complaining about the lack of events.

So, a co-worker and I decided to do trivia lunch hours each week until the end of the campaign. To play it is a $2 donation. This week's topic is Music, specifically covers. We've put a mix of difficulty in there, some questions even have a 50-50 chance of getting it right. People have been soooo unresponsive, I'm scared no one will show up.

Plus, the first question I'm asked is if there are prizes. Are people serious? They really need a prize at the end to be willing to come out for a charitable event? sigh.

Please send vibes that people will come to this thing!

Good luck Hazel! Maybe you can ask a local business to donate some small prizes? Like pens or notebooks or mugs etc? People should just do the charity w/o prizes though. . .

Good idea cshiano! We sort of panicked and got directors to donate some money. Ended up getting some gift cards for Starbucks and Tim Hortons. So, we do have prizes I'm just disappointed that people think we need them.
