I don't want to participate today.

I promise on my kids that I'll do 30DS after work.

I'm also not playing anymore this week.

Tonight I am eating all of the Thai foods, and then having lots and lots of sex. That cancels the food out, right?

L: H's meatball pizza (298), orange (70)
S: pink lady apple (80)
D: a few bites of rice and beans, 2 pork tacos and a cheese enchilada (767) SO MUCH FOOD, I can't wait! I love Friday!

I might also have a lemon bar, if the bakery has any left. but Friday night is my cheat night, so I can't feel bad as long as I stay on track the earlier part of the day. BRING IT ON.

my Thintopia weigh-in is on Friday: still holding steady, but like I've said earlier my measurements are shrinking so I think there's just some body composition changing going on up in here. hopefully next week the scale will start to budge, but for now I am excited about the new muscles showing up in my inner thighs and slightly smaller arms.

ETA: Thin Mints got me. but they are all gone now! I'm embarrassed I switched my fruit as snacks for cookies.

B: egg + egg white with 1 TBS salsa; 1 pc. toast with 1/2 TBS jam; 1 oz turkey with provolone (240)
S: insane amount of Thin Mints (400)
L: H's meatball pizza (298)
D: 2 pork tacos and a cheese enchilada (531) SO MUCH FOOD, I can't wait! I love Friday!

My weigh-in schedule is all off since I weighed myself in the middle of the week when I started using MFP so I'm all messed up.
B- scrambled eggs, wheat toast, Cheribundi skinny tart cherry juice, 430 (seriously so good)
S- banana, 105 (giggled while measuring again)

I really have no idea about the rest of the day so I'll update later.

Anyone else look in the mirror and mentally rip themselves apart? I can't stop.

I'm not playing today either. My co-worker brought me in some wine and yep, I will be enjoying that tonight.

Has anyone ever tried a red wine called Babble? She said she's never tried it but, her H loves it.

I just "got rid" of all the cookies. I LOVE Friday!

HUGS for Sak and Liv. don't beat yourselves up. there is always going to be room for improvement. but you only get ONE life to live, so let's make the most of that. lots of hug and love for you both. you are both beautiful (outside, but more importantly INSIDE). I have days (um, weeks?) like that too, so I totally understand the feelings. but, HUGE HUGS from OK. :)

Thank you <3
It's frustrating because I'm not overweight but I don't like the way things are distributed and I'm just too...soft. I'm having a hard time being patient with seeing results. My zumba class for tomorrow morning got cancelled because of "bad weather" and I think all we're getting is rain. Bummer

I'm right where you are! I'm not "overweight" but I'm sort of "fluffy". and it is hard to be patient and wait to see the change. there are TONS of fun videos I've found on youtube on the Fitness Blender channel, since I don't have a gym membership. maybe you can try one of those out in your living room since your class got cancelled.

I was looking at the options for the fitness videos on Comcast yesterday and they've really expanded. I did one of those workouts yesterday and I'm glad there are so many to choose from. Back in the day, there was a walking video and maybe some yoga.

there are tons of full workouts available online now. I really like the Fitness Blender ones because they also give you an estimate of cals burned, and they have some short ones (15-25 min). I don't like long workouts. I lose interest and turn it off. nothing longer than 30 minutes for me. I can do 2 25-min workouts, but not an hour long workout.

you are SO PRETTY Liv!! even if you didn't lose another pound, you are still one HOT MAMA.

Ditto. I was just talking to Shoes about this this morning. I know I'm not 'fat' but I'm ready to be back where I was a year ago. I know I have a lot of work to do to be as toned as I was, but I"m really proud of myself for consistently tracking what I'm eating (even if my eating choices aren't always perfect). It's a positive step in the right direction.

I love some of the workouts on Comcast, there's always something different to try. I should do that more often.
