Football!

I know there are several girls on here who love football...  but is there anybody who loves football whose signifiant other can't stand it?

I'm totally camped out in front of the couch, watching the Green Bay/Falcons game, knitting, and not particularly caring when the BF gets home right now...  He can't stand football, where I could leave it on all day for background noise and to check in on games. WIth being busy with school and his hatred of football, I'm feeling like I'm cheating by all this me-time!  (Especially since I should still be doing homework... but oh well!)

So, do your significant others hate football? Or is there a show you like that your significant other can't stand?  How do you handle it?

How about that game! My BF loves football more than I do. He pretends to hate Say Yes to the Dress but he never tries to change the channel so I think he secretly likes it. We don't live together but I'm sure most of the stuff I watch he would hate. I think this will have to be a battle that we will cross if we become married some day.

Well, back to watching the Packers win this game.

I am glad somebody else is like this. I LOVE FOOTBALL and BF could take it or leave it. My show he cant stand is somewhere between Say Yes to the Dress or any dancing show.

My BF & I equally love football :)  BUT, he's a Ravens fan and I'm a Colts fan.  And well, the Ravens HATE the Colts (because they literally left Baltimore in the middle of the night and went to Indy back in the olden days...it was a big scandal.)

Don't worry, we disagree about baseball too.  He's an O's fan.  I'm a Yanks fan.  We're special :)
I guess, to tell you the truth, I've never had much of a desire to grow facial hair. I think I've managed to play quarterback just fine without a mustache. - Peyton

I love football. I was raised on the Chiefs when I was a little girl, but the only game I could make it to was the second coldest in history. We did not last long...

My BF likes to watch some show that makes me crazy. I don't know what the name of it is, but it's some kind of car repossession show with crazy amounts of profanity. It's one of the few times where I stare at my BF and wonder who he is. *scratches head* He quit watching it though. I had to leave the room every time it was on.
