I weighed in at 134 this morning. No idea why I lost a pound'ish but I'm hopefully this jump starts me into working out. I think what I need is a firm moving date... then I can plan on either doing Insanity until then, or starting to train for a race.

D: Lean ground beef with veggies and mashed potatoes

    B:  1/2 pc bread with some PB (~100?)
    S:  ??
    L:  I think H left me a bowl of taco bake in the fridge to heat up in the microwave
    S:  ??
    D:  either leftovers (taco bake) or something thrown together.  H has to go grocery shopping tonight.

    E:  crutching around the house. 

    no weigh-ins for me for a few weeks, until I can start putting weight on my foot.  so let's hope that I stay within 5 lbs (or lose!).
  • B- hot chocolate, pumpkin oatmeal
    L- veggie burger
    D- leftover dominos pizza (for some reason dominos pizza doesn't affect my lactose intolerance- I do take the pills though, I'm convinced dominos doesn't use real cheese lol)
    S- pita chips

    E- may be abs exercises, I should try to at least do some workout today.  I ate awful most of the weekend!

    Anniversary

  • B: Smoothie (105) + blueberry muffin (180)
    L: veggie burger with salsa (200) + juice (140) + brownie (90)
    S: hummus (150) + pita (160)
    D: taco salads, not sure of the total

    E: nothing, today is a planned rest day.

    Thintopia: I am up a pound from my latest weigh in.  I am hoping I can lose 1.5 pounds by the start of November so I can start the new month at 140.  Then hopefully lose 5 lbs in November and start wedding dress shopping at 135 in December.  Please please let this be the motivation I need to stay on track!

    L: Spaghetti sqaush, mixed veggies and pasta sauce
    D: No idea, start training at BWW and my meals are free during training.

    E: None, work 5-9:30 tonight

    L: ham and cheese sandwich with pringles, kiwi
    S: fruit cup
    D: chicken curry I think.

    E: something. I will do something.

    D: No clue, FI won't be home and I haven't gone food shopping. I have plenty of points to work with though!
