If we could get a multivitamin with a similar concept to NuvaRing, I'd be golden.  I had to switch from the Pill because I would forget to take it.  Oops.  Vitamins are even worse for me to remember.

I usually do a multi-vitamin and then I get cramps in my feet if I don't take a calcium/magnesium/zinc and I also take a vitamin D. I also like L-Glutamine for the cravings I get and I take an iron supplement because I don't get a lot of iron in my diet. Oh and fish oil too.

Haha, that would be great! Maybe you could invent something like that! It'd definitely be easier. I have one of those old people pill boxes with one box for each day of the week, lol. That's the only way I remember to take mine. I have it sitting by my desk at work. I just have to make sure I eat before I take them or I get nauseous.

I take a multi along with some other things that my doc recommends. Here's my list of "old lady pills" as I call them:

    - Multi (made specifically for women)
    - Calcium, my doc says women only have until their 30's to build up calcium in their bones
    - Magnesium, apparently we're all deficient (because of current farming practices we're not getting it from our food.) Supposed to take if you take calcium also.
    - Folic Acid, doctor recommends because i'm sexually active. Even though i'm not planning to get pregnant any time soon, many women are deficient and it's very important for preventing fetal problems. You're supposed to take for at least a year before getting pregnant
    - Vitamin D, apparently most Americans are severely deficient
    - Vitamin B, helps with energy

    ETA
    - Fish Oils. Totally forgot that one. Supposed to be great for MANY things...and for your skin too!

I need to buy more, but I take a prenatal vitamin ever night. I have low blood iron, so the prenatal helps supliment that. I find having them on my night stand helps because I can take them before bed which is easier for me than in the morning when I'm really not awak yet. ETA: I also take tums almost everynight for my GERD, so that supplements my calcium too. Also, this may sound silly but BF and I drink Ovaltine. It has a pretty good amount of vitamins and minerals too so that helps. I definitely think vitamins are worth it.

I believe that eating vitamn rich foods is better than taking a supplement, but I'm busy and don't always eat super healthy.  I take a multi-vitamin every night, even when I'm away from home, drunk, whatever.  I always keep a couple extra in my purse.

I am taking a Stress B complex as of late as well, it's a mix of B vitamins, with vitamin C and Zinc.  It makes your pee an awesome neon color, btw.  I take this one in the morning, because B vitamins give you energy.

My immune system is pretty good...with the exception of sinus infections caused by allergies I haven't gotten sick for a couple years.  *knock on wood*

About half of my office has been passing a nasty cough/cold for the last 3 weeks and I've been staying healthy so I do believe in the power of vitamins.

ETA: My multi-vitamin is designed for women, it contains most things, vit D, calcium and folic acid along with all the other stuff.  I plan to switch to a prenatal when this bottle runs out (which isn't for months because I bought a huge one) because of wanting enough of all the stuff needed before getting pregnant(yep BF and I are NEY and talk about marriage and babies, a lot).  Prenatal vitamins make your hair and nails stronger and grow faster too, which is a plus.

I take a multi, calcium, essential oils (omega 3,6&9), and vitamin b12 because I'm deficient and it helps with my anemia. When I'm super low in iron, I also take ferrous fumarate.

I think I'll be adding the folic acid to my list. I am not planning on getting pregnant for at least a year or two, but I do believe in getting as healthy as you can beforehand too, so it seems like a good idea to me.

I got to see my pee be an awesome neon orange when I was taking pills for my bladder issue. It's weird to see that color in the toilet, lol. I definitely think vitamins and exercise have kept me from getting sick every other time that FI has gotten sick. He's had fevers and colds at least 3 times more often than I have.

The Stress-B Complex makes it neon yellow-green color, think Mountain Dew.

My BF and son have been sick with stomach bugs (sons first ever) recently and BF has had colds and ear infections (not contagious, but caused by other things that are) and I've managed to stay healthy.  BF takes a multivitamin and fish oil most days, but he works a ton and loses a lot of sleep with working at the fire station, so that hurts his immune system a lot.  My son takes a multivitamin every day, he will remind me if I forget to give it to him!  He's at a daycare for pre-school so he's exposed to tons of crap, luckily he eats lots of healthy things...he loves fruits and brocolli and carrots, he requests "steamed brocolli" all the time, which makes me a happy mama! :)

That's so neat that he'll remind you about his vitamin. Does he do like the Flintstone gummies? I wish I had gotten those when I was little. Places like daycares, hospitals, gyms scare me with as many germs are spread around. It definitely helps that he likes the healthy food ... and not even covered in cheese, lol. My FI also takes his vitamins, but forgets to do it every day and he is always on the go and doesn't get enough sleep either, so I think that's definitely a huge contributor. Sleep is so important.

I take Viactiv, which is a Calcium and Vitamin D combo. It is a supplement that you chew. It also looks and tastes like a Tootsie Roll. It comes in other flavors, too. I take that, because I read that chewing the Calcium and dissolving it before it hits the stomach leads to better absorption than just swallowing a pill. I also take a Magnesium supplement for my heart. It really seems to help with palpitations and chest pain.

Yep, he had Flintsone chewable ones before, but he asked for the gummies this time, I let him pick.  He reminds me of all kinds of things, he has an excellent memory, it kind of freaks me out sometimes.  For example he remembers who gave him what for his 2nd Birthday, where we got a $1 Hot Wheel from (Target, Toysrus, etc, and why).  The other day in the car he was "reading" a blank notepad that he said was a Cars book that we have, he recited the story that is about 10 pages with a couple paragraphs per page almost word for word, I was totally caught off guard because we hadn't read that book for atleast 2-3 weeks.  I called his Dad and asked if he had that book and he said No.  Freaky!

And the fact that my kid loves brocolli makes me so happy, especially that he likes it steamed with a just a little butter.  He will actually eat all of the brocolli before he touches anything else on his plate, even chicken nuggets!  He got his loves fro brocolli from me, and I got it from my Dad...it's all three of our favorites! :)

    I take folic acid everyday.

I have to take it because I have the MTHFR mutation which causes strokes & miscarriages so the folic acid helps with that (even though I am most definitely not trying to get preggers anytime soon).  It's more precautionary than anything.

I guess I'm a speshul snowflake because I try to take them every day but am not always successful. I have discovered gummy vitamins for adults, and I take the gummy multivitamins and gummy calcium. I don't know if they help anything, but they don't hurt, either.

I take a regular multi vitamin every once in awhile and then I take vitamin D regularly too.  My doctor reccomended it when I went in september after running my blood work.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I don't take any vitamins. Several of the doctors I work with strongly discourage them and insist that a healthy diet and a glass or 2 of milk is adequate in getting the recomended daily intake.

I used to take a once daily multi vitamin, but I haven't in awhile. I'm chronically anemic and take a prenatal vitamin for a week before and after I donate blood. I probably need to just pick up a vitamin D plus calcium and a prenatal vitamin (as there's no all-in-one for anemia that I've seen). I'm going to my doctor at the end of the month and I'm going to ask her to pull iron studies so I can pinpoint the cause of my anemia so I can take the correct vitamin/supplement.

I have malabsorption because of my celiac disease, so I sometimes overdo it on vitamins and minerals because I don't absorb them worth a damn. I just throw things at my intestines and hope something sticks :X.
