Alrighty folks, I know there are tons of you who love to read, and I'm looking for some suggestions/recommendations. For my Holistic Approach to Personal Wellness seminar, I need to read a book and submit a book report on a book related to personal wellness. Can be fiction or non-fiction. Potential topics include stress management, relaxation, pain management, sleep, spirituality, health (diet, exercise, etc), etc etc. Anything related to personal wellness in any way is appropriate (or should be). If you've read anything good on personal wellness lately, or have heard about any good books, I want to hear about it!
