In case anyone is looking for a yummy, pretty easy recipe for the weekend, I made these for dinner the other night . . .
honey lime chicken enchiladas (<--clicky) and they were sooooo good. We've been munching on leftovers for a day or two and I have another, small pan in the freezer that I plan on popping in the oven one night next week. I HIGHLY recommend it!!
