OMG your June Cleaver

So I am "required" to wear 1-3 inch heels with skirts or dresses at work and I recently burned through my 5th pair this year.  I try to break them in at home to avoid scuffs etc.  My mom just came over to my house while I was sweeping my kitchen in 3 inch heels.  The first words out of her mouth "OMG your June Cleaver!"  Awesome.  lol

That's hilarious. I must say I give you mad props for wearing heels all the time.  My feet would hate me since I wear flip flops continuously. in the cold. or whenever lol

Hey, if you've been sweeping in 3 inch heels, you're allowed to make some typos.   :)

That's seriously impressive.  I avoid heels most of the time.  Not sure I'd ever be able to hand working a full day wearing them.  Where do you work? Do you get to kick them off during the day a bit at least?

I work for a national airline as a flight attendant.  SO and I both do it, for different carriers (never date people you work with lol).  During the flight I can wear flats, but whenever I am off the aircraft I need to be in 1-3 inches.  Its an old school rule, but I love the work so I will put up with it.  My mom just thought it was hilarious, she almost took pictures.

If they require the women to wear 3 inch heels, they should require the men to too.  Hey, it's all about equality right?  Ha ha, actually, I would just find that very entertaining.

That'd be a funny pictures, especially if you were all dressed up.  Heels while walking around though?  I'm sorry for your feet.  :) I'm all about flats.

And not dating co-workers.. done that before.  Very briefly. You're right; horrible idea. lol

Boyfriend and I thought it would be an amazing idea to create an airline specifically for adults. Specifically male adults possibly traveling for business. We would only hire attractive female flight attendenants and they would be topless. It would be a strip club in the air, but you don't have to pay for them to do anything...you get all the same service as a regular flight attendant just topless. OHHHHH the silly things b/f and I think of while flying home from Cozumel & getting kicked in the back over and over again by children.

Yikes! I couldn't do it. I wear flats - 1in heels (max) every day, and on Fridays I get to wear whatever I want for dress-down day (running shoes, anyone?). I look forward to Fridays and the comfy shoes that come along with them. I'd NEVER be able to sweep the floor in heels. I actually tried once when I was trying to break in a pair of heels for a wedding...it was a fail, and lasted about 2 minutes before I was back in slippers.

I love flats and I have since high school...I don't think I've worn anything but flats for a really long time (unless, I'm working out or I absolutely have to wear other shoes)...but my bday is coming up and I'm considering buying new shoes...and they have higher-than-what-I'm-used-to-wearing heels:

I tried them on two days ago and they are so comfy and I love them....

Me walking in heels resembles the guy from Birdcage trying to talk in dress shoes.

    Anyone remember that movie?
