Not Engaged Yet

You already knew this....but I'm a freak.

I don't like going to bed when people other then Andrew are in the house (except for overnight guests...they can do whatever they want.)

Andrew invited a female friend over tonight....and I want to go to bed, but I don't like the fact that she's still here. Yell

I'm not sure if it would matter if the friend was male or not. ::shrugs:: I just feel weird about it. I guess I'm a freak.

(/end of vent)

What is bugging you tonight? Or in this morning (if you are reading this in the morning)?

  • I have heartburn...that's sort of bugging me.
Also, It's 1 am here and I should really go to bed because I have a 10 am gyno appointment tomorrow (HATREDDDD) but I'm hopped up on caffeine from a Starbucks date with one of my BFF's.

So I'm pinning things on pininterest...

I don't really like to sleep when people are over my apartment either but I'm such an old fart I usually just suck it up and go to bed because I get too tired, lol.
And if the stormy weather came...I'd just kiss you in the rain... Daisypath Anniversary tickers image
  • I don't like going to sleep if guests are over either so you aren't a total freak! Or maybe I'm just a freak too :)

Love you aren't a freak, the girl who mentioned that her boyfriend mentioned marriage is in the running.

I would feel weird about it too if it makes you feel better.
Right now I wish that I had my stuff ready for school tomorrow and I am irrated how cold it is.

You're not a freak Lunar, I'm like that too most of the time. The only exception being A's BF. Before we moved away, he would often be over late at night gaming, etc since he and A have weird work schedules (A works for himself, his BF is a flight instructor). I had a job that was 8:30-4:30, M-F, so I would just go to bed when I got tired. If anyone else besides him were there, I would feel the need to stay up.

Now they game nightly online 4500km apart until goodness knows when while I sleep soundly in the next room. :)

What's bugging me tonight is: #1 the sore throat that's been getting progressively worse, not better since this morning, and #2 trying to schedule rehearsals for a group of singers I have to direct in my directing class - they have no availablility, and it's driving me crazy!!!

  • Definitely not a freak. I would feel the same way.

Lately, I've been missing it when FI comes to bed with me and we can go to sleep together. He's been into his ham radio thing recently, so that's bugging me. I don't know why, but I love our time in bed at night and in the mornings. It's the best place for talking and cuddling and no distractions, so I miss it now that we rarely have mornings to ourselves anymore.

On a happy note: He did pass his ham radio test so now he has the highest license he can get!

  • I understand, Lunar. It doesn't bother me though..if I'm tired I'm going to bed (as long as the guest isn't mine of course).

How late was it that she ended up staying?

  • You all make me feel warm and fuzzy. LOL.

Jaycee- She didn't end up staying that much longer...probably because I did let Andrew know that it bothered me. And then when I got into bed I texted him and said, "I thought you said you were going to come up and say goodnight."

::shrugs:: I wish that he would make guy friends. I know we talked about this before....I'll have to go back and find the thread. My mom taught me that you shouldn't even give the appearance of infidelity. I usually wish she hadn't, but I suppose I see where she is coming from.

Ely- My grandfather was really into ham radio! That's neat, but I bet he's trying to stay up to talk to people from all over the world! Andrew and I almost never go to sleep together. I like falling asleep alone and tossing and turning until I get myself into a little nest....So I actually feel a bit wiggy when Andrew DOES come to bed with me. LOL.

Sop- Boo. Haven't you already had your sore throat for the season?

Raven- Did you get epics taken?

Beth- I'm glad I'm not a freak alone. ;) LOL.

Kelly- How did the gyno go? I have a bag habit of scheduling gyno appointments on Valentine's Day. Haha- they always have awesome availability that day.
