I just woke up. It's the first time I've slept this late in a long time. After H dropped DD off at school, he fell back asleep and is still asleep. I is bored.
    I'm not good at feelings.

I is sorry you is sick.

    Oh, and I do this:

As to life: I'm getting ready to take a monstrous 12 year old to a birthday party, and when I get back, I have another one to feed before practice.  I kicked them both out once they finished their homework though.  No TV or computer for them while it's so pretty out.

One thing I decided today: I don't want my chilluns to grow up thinking that a bunch of candy and a gift card is an appropriate birthday gift.  Seriously.  This 12 year old couldn't be bothered to think about what a good gift for his friend would be.  WTH?

I KNOW so many people (like under 25) that think this way.  I'm like WTF?  I ALWAYS put thought into my gifts...people appreciate it!  Silly kids...

<div>I told FI our kids will never do that.  He suggested crack cocaine and a porno as our go to gift, at which point I told him I didn't anticipate our kids being friends with Charlie Sheen or his grandchildren.</div>
