Some of us were chatting & decided we need to really plan a G2G. Boston/NYC/NJ/Philly/DE/DC are really not that far away from each other!  

So let's throw some dates around to see what will work.  I think a Saturday would be best since some people will be traveling.

So if you're interested in joining us:

What are some dates in the next couple of months that work for you?

What dates definitely don't work for you?

I'm interested, but I'm not going to throw out any dates because you shouldn't try to schedule around me.  It's only a slight possibility that I would be able to make it up there.

But yeah, I'm dying to meet more of you in person.

I've made a list of all the Saturday from now until the end of May.  

I'll cross them off as I get dates people are busy. 

Keep them coming!

Saturdays in the spring are practically non-existant for me. I'm going to have to wrangle some visits over the summer when I have more time. But I'll keep tabs on the dates, just in case something works out & I can make it :-)

I am going to be in NYC from Mon Feb 27th to Sat March 3rd. Unfortunately, we fly out on that Saturday so no Saturdays work for me. I'm up for any time else during that week though as we don't have any set plans.

Absolutely won't work dates:
Feb 18th and Feb 25th
Other than that, I don't know of any conflicts!

Through April we have the following dates available:

February 11

March 10

March 24

April 7

April 14

April 21

April 28

ETA: I added in 2 more dates, I have Devils games on those days but it's not a big deal if I don't go.

My biggest concern is WHERE we're going to meet because I can't really afford to travel anywhere other than NY or NJ.

I vote for Feb 12th even though it's not on there. I suppose I could try really hard to be there on the 11th, but I'm going to be in northwest Jersey that day and planned to stay there that night.

But as Elle said, don't make your plans around me, but it would be totally cool to see you guys! Either way rdr you're not escaping me this time!

Ok good that's doable for me.

LOL we should have some sort of marker for the day we meet so we're not trying to figure out who/where everyone is. Like, we'll all wear a yellow flower on our coats or something.

I work every other weekend, starting this weekend, so Feb 11th, Feb 25th, March 10th, March 24th, April 7th and April 21st are out for me. I also have stuff going on for most of my weekends off until April ETA: I recognize that my schedule is a huge PITA, so don't worry too much about accommodating me. There's always the possibility I could switch with someone if you guys pick a weekend that I'm working.

Hmm coming up with a date is proving harder than I thought hahaha

Here's what I sort of narrowed it down to:

Feb 11 (requested by Sousa)

March 10 (requested by Jen)

After March 11 (requested by Peek)

April (requested by sort of Jorja, Bella, Sousa)

Anyone have thoughts on this?

I love the HG G2G idea. Also, my birthday is April 12th, so you know...if we do something in April it will have to involve lots and lots of wine. I also like the idea of getting up there for Sousa's bday...but I think that's going to be when Donald and I celebrate V-day. CRIMINY!
