The Fridays

I have the Fridays so freaking bad right now. I am totally procrastinating because I have some really super-hard shops I need to fill and they are totally killing my productivity.

All I can think about is how many hours it is until I can go home and I have NEVER done that before at this job!

Anyone else have a bad case of the Fridays?

Yep. 2nd day of awful migraine. Just had a midterm. No desire to go back to work. I just want to sleep!

I ate lunch too early so now the afternoon is moving like molasses.  4 more hours until my weekend begins!!  We're also totally dead at work today which doesn't help. 

What's everyone up to this weekend?

I have done absolutely nothing today. It is only 11:45 though, so I suppose I still have all afternoon to get things done.

I'm feeling this way and the worst part is I work the evening shift for the next 3 days. To make it worse we're completely understaffed and I'll be doing about 10-12 hours worth of work during my 8 hour shifts. 

It's going to be a looooooong weekend, I'll definitely be needing some wine when I get home tonight.

Yes, I am so ready to enjoy my weekend. To make matters worse I can't just procrastinate all day because we now have to track everything we do all day on a time sheet. UGH! Is it 5 yet?

This weekend I am doing laundry tonight, taking the 10 yr old sister shopping for Halloween stuffs tomorrow then sweet party at my parents tomorrow night, then burger competition with some friends on Sunday... Seriously, is it 5 yet?

Working on my Halloween costume and being really, really lazy! I'm going to wear sweatpants from the minute I get home tonight until Monday morning. I also have some reading to do, and FI has promised to take me to breakfast on Saturday =D

It started off as a slow day, which was awesome because I though I could catch up on some shower stuff that I wanted to do...

Until my coworker announced that she was leaving at 12:30 to go to the dentist, because her tooth fell out last night. She won't be back today. She forwarded me a gazillion emails to take care of for her, and so of course now my business is picking up as well.

I have to do actual work at work. Suck.

But, as soon as I leave here I am getting my nails did and then heading home to do shower stuff whilst drinking some wine. My sister will probably come over to help/drink as well, so that will be a nice Friday evening

This week has moved sooo slowly. I'm so glad it's finally Friday, but now I have class from 6-9 tonight and basically from 8:30-4 tomorrow.

BUT I do have a fun bday party to go to later tonight and after I'm done tomorrow, FI and I are going to check out potential options for a late night snack at our reception.

We really want to have a food truck roll up later in the evening once everyone's been drinking and dancing for a couple hours. This weekend, there's actually a festival in Austin dedicated to food trailers. There will be 30+ to taste test from, and I can't wait!

I've had a bad sinus headache and this child was screaming for TWO HOURS STRAIGHT. The mother did nothing about it. I thought my brain was going to explode. Now I'm back at my desk with only the sound of typing. I would turn my radio on but I'm loving the quiet right now.

This weekend I am meeting up with two of my favorite people from my old job for one of their son's football games. I haven't seen either since I left and one just got engaged so I am SO EXCITED to see both of them this weekend. I miss them terribly

I can't wait for the work day to be over.  My coworker called in sick so I am alone and I am so tired.  I got like 4-5 hours of sleep last night, not enough! 

This weekend I am going regersting, working, doing homework and going to look at venues! I am looking forward to the first two things

I have so much to do, and I am succeeding in getting absolutely NOTHING accomplished. I just have zero motivation! Also, knowing that I am going to be here at work Saturday & Sunday makes me even less happy.

Saturday I'll be at a soccer game for a couple hours, and trying to clean my apartment around that. Sunday I have a volleyball match at 5 p.m., which really ruins a nice Sunday!! (I work in college athletics, by the way, so that's why I have to be at games all the time.)

BF is flying from Boston to Vegas today for his next job. It makes me so unhappy that he was less than three hours away & because of both of our schedules, we couldn't make it work to see each other. Sad face.

I'm so ready for the weekend. HUbby and I decided to go to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk tomorrow - they are having a chili cookoff and the weather should be great. We also got an unlimited rides and attractions special tickets so he's dragging me on the coaster there lol. Today has been all sorts of hectic ever since I walked in. Definitely needing this weekend to unwind and have some mindless fun !
