I've never tried it, but this sounds amazing to me. Completely different than any other pork tenderloin recipe i've ever seen...kind of an Asian twist.

I love this recipe and use it quite frequently. I usually make it with mashed potatoes.

    Dijon Style Pork Tenderloin

    Ingredients:

      4 Tbsp. honey

    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

    2 Tbsp. brown sugar

     1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard

      ½ tsp. paprika

    1 pound pork tenderloin

    Directions:

    1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2.      Combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin

    3.      Coat tenderloin well with sauce

    4.      Roast at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.

    5.      Slice thinly to serve.

    I'm not good at feelings.

Hey Hazel!  Audgie's recipe sounds fantastic; pork is really good when cooked with a marinade which includes dijon mustard.

This is usually how I cook pork tenderloin (you need a crock pot).

    You will need:

    Carrots
    Potatoes
    Onion
    Garlic
    1 packet brown gravy

I mix the brown gravy in some water (maybe about a cup) and pour it over the pork loin.  Then I put the carrots (I use baby carrots), potatoes (quartered), onion (sliced), and garlic (minced) into the crock pot and let it cook all day.

You can serve with a salad or other green veggie if desired.

It's so good and easy.  You can even assemble the ingredients the night before and put everything in the crock pot the next morning, then come home to dinner already made.

My favorite way to fix pork loin is to slice it - bread the slices in milk/egg mixture, then into a mixture of bread crumbs, italian seasoning and parmesan then pop it into my George Foreman grill (can also be done on the stove top in a pan with a little bit of oil or even just cooking spray) - it comes out so tender and a lot healthier without all the grease.
