Lunar, Liv, & Allusive: Partyin' it up in Denver

Are we still on for a TK get together this week?  I fly out for Denver on Wednesday, and I'm returning to KS on Sunday. I'm crazy geeked out about my conference!  Latin ftw!

I'm SOOO excited to meet you!!! I just wish Denver was closer to Colorado Springs so you could come see the house and have dinner on Thursday or Friday! (You still totally could if you want to drive an hour).

Liv comes in on Saturday. Want to go anywhere in particular for dinner that night? See anywhere in a magazine that has struck your fancy?

I actually won't have a car! I was planning on doing some shuttles/taxis while I was there for longer distances (except for visiting my grandma, who is braving Denver traffic to see me). My hotel is only about a mile away from the convention site, so I figured I'd probably walk that (as long as there's no snow). My job is AWESOME and is reimbursing me for most of my fees on the trip.

And I know absolutely nothing about food in Denver, but I'm totally game for just about whatever. I'd prefer something I can't get in Kansas though. Saturday works great for me. 

And YGPM... in a second.

Also, someone needs to come visit me *coughlaurencough*... although I need to find her a job out here dissecting brains :-P That way we can be hair/med twins much closer! LOL... can you tell I'm sleep deprived and not had enough caffeine?? :-P

I can't wait for our Denver G2G! I can't believe it's already THIS WEEKEND!!!

Becunning - can you PM/txt me your hotel or where your conference is being held at? I work downtown, so I can probably come up with a good restaurant that is close enough to where you are!

Liv - I am so stoked to finally meet you! I love you on the boards of course, but all I hear from Lunar every day is "I love Lauren, I love Lauren"!

Lunar - ok - if you've read my txt from this morning you know how excited I am. I can't wait for Saturday!!!

Beth - Bummer you're not going to be around! Since you've gotten back on the board, I was really hoping we'd be able to meet you IRL. Guess we'll have to have another one of these G2G's sometime soon then!

You're in an absolutely AWESOME location! You'll be able to see about anything you want in Denver. Local Tip - the bus on the 16th street mall is totally free, so you can ride from one end to the other without paying a dime! Just watch out, those bus drivers aren't super great about stopping for pedestrians...so hang on tight and watch out when you cross the street there.
