Oh yeah! Sorry I am in your face about it but I am so proud of myself for actually making my scale go in the opposite direction! I've been walking around the building at work, eating better, taking the stairs, etc. I was also working out with my cheerleaders but since the season is over I can finally get my butt to the gym. *happy dance!*
How is everyone else doing with their weight loss goals? What are you doing different that seems to really be working? Any good recipes to share?
