Yaya!  Ok lets agree on a price range.  Last year I think we did $20 including shipping.  Does that sound ok?
Alanna I consider you a reg I know who you are and that is a big deal because I am terrible with names, it takes me months to learn peoples names.

Last year we used elfster.com.  Once everyone creates an account and "joins" the secret santa, it'll do a "drawing" and email everyone the name of their recipient.  I think it worked pretty well.

Ya I was thinking we should you Elfster again.  I think it worked out really well :) 
Ok by what date should people sign up by and what date should it end on?   Two or three weeks before Christmas?
EDIT and do you guys want me to create a drawing on Elfster or would someone else like to do this?

You can be the admin this time, Ray, since it was your idea.  Unless, of course, you just don't want to.  I can do it.

Oh no I didn't wait for anyone else’s replies!  Sorry guys I know I can fix the dates   Why don't we compromise with a November 15 sign up date and a December 15th send out date?  You can send earlier if you want too!
