*Stomping Feet*

Okay, so I'm cranky...My back is all screwed up and has been for a few days now, but it takes a lot for me to go drive an hr to go see my chiropractor. Now I ran to the grocery store to pick up tortilla shells and chocolate milk...and my left shoulder is killing me... On top of everything, SO won't be done working until most likely after 9... or until they can't see anymore to mow. :( I love summers for me... but hate them for him... GAH! I never see him. It sucks! It's only gonna get worse too! Once fall semester starts, I will be working M-F 7-4, then class Tuesday through Thursday 6-9 :(

SOOOO, you ladies and Netflix shall just have to keep me company. I am currently watching trashy tv (Celebrity Rehab). So how do you ladies cope when you don't get to see your SO often? I know some of you lovely ladies are in LD...

And not only that- you're "StuckAsSnoopy." Weird.

I was once in a long distance relationship. I spent a lot of time at the gym. I also took myself out on dates- I would take myself out to dinn. er and movies. I would get manicures and pedicures. Buy myself flowers. Run myself a bath with rose petals, light some candles and have a glass of wine.

    I joined meetup.com

I learned new hobbies. Read lots of blogs. Caught up on tons of tv. Geocached.

I usually don't get to see my BF during the week either, so netflix and my kindle are my week days best friends.  I also work out and just began taking yoga classes.  Right now I'm on a theater break, but I usually wind up doing shows that cause me to be in rehearsals 2-3 days a week.  I hate that most week days between the both of us we can't find time to hang out together. Ah well.  I hope you feel better!

BF and I don't spend the week together, though we've been shortening that recently (driving to see each other thursday instead of friday and not leaving until monday). Before studying for the Bar (which is what I should be doing), I mostly read, watch bad tv, gym, and sleep. I know I sound boring, but I don't do much during the week anyway. I did used to go to a bookclub (it was dissolved recently...tear), but I'm usually so tired from work/school/studying that I'm happy just to sit on my @ss for a few hours at night! But to actually answer your question, we do talk a lot on the phone. And I'm not a phone person, but we average about an hour a night. And we make our time on the weekends pretty exciting to make up for the bore during the week.

Oh yeah I forgot about my love affair with my Nook Color. It keeps me busy as well. :)

I see BF all day everyday. We work together and live together. So I get really bored when he's off doing something without me (which isn't often) although it is really good for us to do our own thing sometimes.

I'm actually going to dinner with one of my friends in a little. BF is down at the shop with his dad and told me to take the night off. Woo!

We've been LD for so long I pretty much just live my life, I go to work, school, do my homework, and take care  of my grandmother.  I play my DS a lot and read a ton of library books. And I go out with my friends when we have time.  I imagine that's what I'd be doing if he was around, except adding relationship time in there somewhere!

I HATE HATE HATE being apart from BF! I'm in a LDR right now and it really takes a toll on me, but I'm going to school and I have a few friends that I vent to when I'm really missing BF. BF and I text and talk on the phone as often as we can, that's how we cope. I read and watch movies and work out, that's how I personally cope with the distance.  It's really tough but it's something that just has to be for now...
