Let the Count down begin.... We are about a month away...

What all still needs to be done?

I need to finish the card box, finsih favors, send Photographer and DJ Itenerary. We still need to go get our Marriage License (hopefully next week sometime) and I need to design our seating chart and get that printed to put in the frame.  Then it is PACK PACK PACK until I have no more stuff at my parents house.


Can't believe we are almost there.

Yikes! I can't believe we're a month out! I still need to:

Get my dress fitted (appointment Thursday)
Meet with venue to finalize
Set rehearsal dinner menu
Print programs
Create seating chart
Finalize/confirm everything...

We did get a bit of really good news though, my aunt is letting us use either her time share in Cancun or Aruba or her condo in Ft. Meyer's Beach, FL for our honeymoon! Any of them would be fantastic!

Gaaahhh!  Thank God we're eloping because....I have EVERYTHING to do. LOL

Going to meet with the JOP in the next week or two to just talk and see his place.

Monday is my first "fitting", I guess you'd say.  Hopefully I will still be able to squeeze into my dress and all that will need to be done is a hem.  (Why did I wait so long on this?!)

And since that's Monday, that means this weekend I need to go find shoes and I want to get some sort of Spanx for underneath.

Still need to find something for FI to wear and get the man some actual dress shoes - Can you ladies believe he actually does not own ANY dress shoes whatsoever?!

Oh, and marriage license of course, but we'll do that in a couple of weeks.


KD- That's AWESOME news about the time share!! Woot Woot!  I always wanted to go to Aruba... Probably only because of the song, but still. ....Aruba Bahamas C'mon pretty momma...

Jeter- Not sure if you have a Nordstroms Rack near you but I went to one the other day and they had some types of Spanx there for under $40.

I'm super excited about the timeshare thing!

You'll get it done Jeter, and yes I do believe the man has no dress shoes because I finally bought FI a pair this past December because he didn't own any and we had a wedding to go to. Also, Target carried Assets brand which is made by Spanx and I love them. They're only $20 or 25 each!

Oh let's see, what needs to be done. 

I bought my jewelry today and my garter. FI family has an account with oriental trading, so they are buying the styrofoam airplanes. 

So we need to:

get a marriage liscense

Get some slimming underwear & and that funny backless bra thing

Get a final haircut

Finalize ceremony and reception music selections

Finish my crazy timeline with arrivals and stuffs

Get my final dress fittings

and keep doing p90x- Where's my weight loss Tony?

Ohh thanks for the tip - I'll be checking out Target this week.  I'm really not in the mood to spend $80 on the Spanx brand at Nordstroms...

WAHOOO!!!

With 29 days to go we got our marriage license. I've decided anything mot done by 10/8 (or atleast that weekend) isn't getting done at all. I REFUSE to stress 2 weeks before the wedding about little details.

My mom thinks I'm crazy, but I know  I would go crazy if I let things get to me until the day of.
