Recurring dreams?

Flygirl mentioned in my zombie post that she has a recurring dream about zombies. I had a recurring dreams for years that I was getting married and I would wake up terrified. When the dreams/nightmares stopped is around the same time I knew I was ready to settle down.

Do any of you have recurring dreams? Are the significant?

 I had a recurring dream about nuns committing mass suicide (super weird) and It happened weekly for months then last year I found out I had cancer the dreams stopped....

Lately I've been dreaming of being in a crime syndicate and gunning people down.  Yeah I think I've been watching too many gangster/mob movies.  Eh.... its strange and I wake up and tell Danish man about it and he tells me I"m a violent person.

I always dream about random stuff, like I'm just watching a show.  Me, or anyone I know, is rarely in my dreams and it rarely has to do with my life.  I don't know if it's significant in any way, but I always found it odd.

Ok, I just looked this up . . . here's what my zombie dreams mean apparently:

"To dream that you are attacked by zombies indicate that you are feeling overwhelmed by forces beyond your control. You are under tremendous stress in your waking life. Alternatively, the dream represents your fears of being helpless and overpowered"

Um, kind of correct actually.  I am extra stressed lately and feeling overwhelmed  (my Friday post).  Interesting.  Maybe I have these recurring zombie dreams whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed?  I should track that or something.  Of course, that would require keeping track of one more thing so maybe not!

The dream I have most often is "the teeth" dream.  I haven't had it in a while thankfully. I wake up FREAKING out. 

I also kind of have a lot of dreams about people in my life dying.  Not THAT often but often enough that I'm wondering WTF?

This weekend I dreamt that I found out my mom lied to me my whole life & my stepdad is actually my real dad.  So I called her to find out what was going on she told me my grandmom died the day before.  I was furious that I was finding out the next day & told her I would never forgive her.

I have reccurring dreams A LOT. Actually I just remember my dreams a lot period. Most of my reccurring dreams are chasing dreams.

I have one where i'm on one of those half circle jungle gyms. For some reason i'm not able to get off, and there is a huge spider chasing me.

I have another one where a man is chasing me around the city in the dark. Even during the dream i'm like "i have to get around that corner and then hide behind that dumpster"...like I even know the dream when i'm in it. Just when i'm going to see his face I wake up.

I have some really awful dreams too. I won't mention them here, but for a gal who never watched scary/horror movies, it amazes me what my brain comes up with. I'm thankful for the nights BF holds me and rubs my back. It's hard to go back to sleep sometimes.
