Anyone clicked on theirs recently?  I just did, and they changed it all around.  You have to click on "old bio" to see any of my pictures, and the whole new look LOOKS organized, except I can't actually upload MY dress picture in the "your dress!" spot or anything that I DIDN'T find on the The Knot.  Ugh.

I noticed this the other day.  I also don't like how it lists your first name & FI's first name.  I was trying to keep some anonymity on here.

Oh and Acro, your bio is super helpful - I've been meaing to tell you.  It's so organized that I'm stealing your must take photo ideas and check list.  Thank you for having OCD for me, the lazy bride.

Hahaha, you're very welcome!  In all honesty, there are a LOT of OCD brides on here (moreso than me!) that I stole the original lists from.  I just modified them to fit mine and FI's needs.

And I didn't even notice that it lists our first names.  I have those in my planning bio, so I guess it's not the end of the world.  But still...it'd be nice if you at least had the option of not having them there.

OOO Pink!  I figured out how to get rid of the names!

Go to My Knot and update your account.  Where you inputed names, put question marks.  Of course, this will make it so no one can find you on The Knot (like guests looking for your webpage), but if you're using a different service for your wedding webpage, then it's not a problem, and on the boards you'll just be ? & ?.  :-)

I was trying to make our names go away today and they won't! Also...since we're NEY I didn't want a wedding date but you need one to get an account so I just amde one up in the future...but now it's out there for everyone to see.  I totally look BSC with no ring but a date!lol

i hate that they changed it, you can still view the old bio and have the option to view it instead of the new one but more than half the html i added to it vanished *poof* i'm really dissapointed

Paige - I'm with you! Looking BSC when I deserve it is one thing. Having a date show up because Knot makes me put SOMETHING in is undeserved BSC-ness. Not liking it...

Since the knot gives you an option (no ring, ring on my finger just started planning etc) you think they would have customized bios for the category, you know?
