Thursday accountability

I have to go to a conference today so I figured I would start this early since I won't be on TK all day... boo
B-conference breakfast food
l- conference lunch food
D- cilantro lime rice and a portabella mushroom
s- wine and may be some chex mix

E-  I don't get out of this conference until 5 so I may go swimming or I may just stay in and do a yoga dance dvd.  We'll see.

    B: Protein shake (gen soy protein powder, frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, truvia, soy milk) (282cal)
    S: Cherries(60cal)
    L: Going out with a work friend to Pei Wei for a goodbye lunch. 1/2 what they serve you of Dan Dan Noodles w/ Chicken . . . asking for a togo container from the beginning to pack up the rest (390cal)
    S: Chobani 0% Blood Orange (140cal)
    D: Leftover chicken fajitas (403cal)

    E: none. I'm being super lazy this week. 
  • B/L - bacon, egg, and cheese on a whole wheat bagel.  I needed it this morning. :P One homemade chai latte with skim milk, another regular tea with skim (615 cals)

    S - cottage cheese (90 cals) with baby carrots (35 cals)

    D - chicken taco chili with reduced fat cheese and sour cream (326)

    S - Fage Greek yogurt (blueberry acai) (120 cals)

    E - none today, possibly something on OnDemand if I'm feeling up to it after class.

    Hmm severly lacking in fruits and veggies today.  I'll make up for that tomorrow!
