I saw in your thread that you got the african mango last night too but TK ate my response. 

Which brand did you get?  My GNC didn't have the one I linked to yesterday so I went with the TruDerma one.

I'm curious about this stuff. I assumed "African Mango" was just some kind of recipe so I didn't read it at first, lol. Can you guys do updates after a while to let me know how it's working? : )

Of course!!  From what I understand it's the extract from the nut of the african mango that they put in the pills.  It also helps lower cholesterol in addition to curbing cravings & helping with weight loss.  High cholesterol runs in my family so that's a nice added bonus!

I don't know anything about my family's cholesterol, so I assume it's not too bad, but the other aspects are definitely interesting, lol. I don't believe there is any quick fix to losing weight, but I do think that sometimes your body just needs a little nudge to help it, like the L-Glutamine does. That has saved me from my cravings so many times.
