  • Awesome job ladies!  I'm down 2.2 this week, but the week before gained 4 so yeah, it's not really a loss lol.

    Rach, you're killing me, it's not Monday!!!!  I can't repeat Monday, it sucked work was boring.

  • I was down half a pound this week and I know I should be happy with a loss, but couldn't it have been a whole pound?  Oh well, just keep swimming.

    S- chobani greek yogurt (mango--nom!)
    L- Lean Cuisine garlic chicken and spinach, carrot and celery sticks
    D- No idea.  H has his candidacy exam today so I'm sure we'll be going out to celebrate and there will be drinking.  The rest of the day is pretty light and I'm planning to get a good workout in so I shouldn't do too much damage.

  • I'm still up like 6 lbs.  BUT, my clothes are fitting a little differently, and in a good way.  I think I'm going to take measurements tonight.  Also, we did a 4.44 mile run last night, and my average pace was a 10:02 mile.  I feel fantastic.

    D: Not sure - M and I are supposed to go shopping (We both need jeans, I want to look at some dresses for NYC, and I need to get compression sleeves for my shins), so we'll see what happens from there.

    E: Rest day.  We're doing a lower body/abs workout tomorrow, and then an arms/chest/abs workout Thursday.  Hooray.

  • I was up another lb on my weigh in...but, I weighed myself this morning and now I'm down 1.2,which is weird...but, I'll take it.

    I haven't had any change in the scale. 

    B: Fiber One Raisin Bran, Soy Milk, Coffee (287 cal)
    S: 10 almonds, 2 prunes (120)
    L: Turkey, roast beef, and cheddar on sandwich thin, carrot, grapes, cutie (392 cal)
    S: EDIT: Boss brought in cheesecake for me. . . there goes my afternoon. (350 cal)
    D: Birthday dinner out at this place http://homebistrochicago.com/menu: I'm planning to get "rainbow trout with roasted fingerlings, soft boiled egg, horseradish creme fraiche, and bacon gastrique" and have some wine and probably share and appetizer with DH (estimating: ~1000 cal) Not planning to feel guilty at all. lol

    Net somewhere around 1800 I think. Not bad for a birthday girl :)
