Only 1 more day to go!!

Well, I'm sure tomorrow is going to be a crazy day, and then I won't have a chance til next week to get back on TK...when I'm in LOUISIANA!!  So, yeah, while I've got a few hours to spare - because I have totally mentally checked out of work and I'm just killing time now, I thought I'd make my last post as a Missourian! 

Tonight, after drinks with co-workers, I have to go to my apartment and pack all my last remaining things into my car.  Tomorrow after my "exit interview" at work, I am spending the night at my best friend's house - we'll go out for dinner and drinks one last time and then Saturday morning I plan on waking up at butt-crack-dawn and making my final trip to Louisiana!  I am in complete shock that it's finally here.  I think I'm done having my freak out moments because now I'm just READY. 

I still haven't had an official job offer, which has me a little worried but the place I interviewed with still seems very interested and wants me to come in next week to meet with the director, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that one....

What is everyone else up to this weekend?!

I get up bright and early tomorrow morning to fly down (over?) to Boston to spend the weekend with BF. He has most of tomorrow and all day Saturday so I have no clue what we're going to do. Kat- Any good ideas??

I have 0 plans this weekend. Well other than the standing event on Saturday's of going to my mom's working on wedding stuff.

loopy - There's nothing wrong with having zero plans for the weekend... I can't wait til things have calmed down and I get a quiet normal weekend.  Good luck with the wedding stuff!

Yessss, I'm STOKED kat!!  I've waited a looooong time for this weekend to finally be here.  It will be such a relief when I wake up Monday morning and realize that I don't have to drive back and I'm finally HOME.

Awww it's so exciting when those final days and plans come to reality - congrats and drive safe and enjoy the last days with your friends !

As far as weekend plans - Saturday working , but Sunday going out with FI and His dad and fmaily to celebrate 1 year of FI working for the county. He worked very hard to get this job and is happy his education paid off so it's something to celebrate.

As for this weekend...tomorrow I am picking up a friend from university and we are heading on a 6 hour drive to New Brunswick!! Three of our close friends live there and we haven't seen them in a while so we're going to go have drinks, do dinner and just be silly girls!

I can't wait to see my friend Kay's daughter (she's almost 2) I LURVE her to pieces! I'm teaching her to do naughty things...like stick her tounge out when Daddy tries to kiss her *teehee* Can't wait:)

My mom is visiting and I had my bridal pics today, and tomorrow she and I are scouting out hotels. Then on Saturday I take mom to the airport, volunteer, and then the rest of the weekend I'll probably work on my final project for my ad design class and do my art homework.

Paige - Yesssss, it IS here!! AHHHH!!  Have fun with the girls this weekend - I know I'm in desperate need to have a girls night..!!

baje -  All I can say is that when the time does finally come, you will see that all that time you spent apart was totally worth it and it won't even matter!  During our LDR, I didn't think this time would ever get here and it seemed soooo hard, but now that it's here I'm already thinking "Well, that wasn't too bad..."
