Happy Thanksgiving NEY!

I'm thankful for all sorts of sentimental and meaningful things (my family, friends, the board, that everyone is happy and healthy and doing okay in these tough times). But let's stick to some funnies as well. Enjoy!

Canadians, I know Thanksgiving already happened for you, but post please! What are you up to on this normal Thursday?

I'm currently drinking coffee, watching the Today show, and waiting for the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade to start.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm just having my cup of coffee before I get ready to hit the kitchen to cook and clean. I'll stick with the someecards.

I'm in full-blown event mode - I have 200 people coming for a reception, show, and talk-back session at the local theatre tonight. On Monday, I have 300 people coming for an information session at a venue an hour and a half away. I can't wait for the end of next week when I can finally relax! (Good timing too, since we're going to our first Christmas gathering of the year on the weekend.)

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you though!

    Happy Thanksgiving!

My normal Thursday is encompassing a lot of Christmas stuff actually. Planning on doing some Christmas shopping on my lunch hour, organizing a Secret Santa at work and helping with our work Christmas Party. Oh and and organizing a work trip to Edmonton (I'm hoping the good weather holds).

    Happy thanksgiving!!

I woke up with horrible cramps. But they're going away now! Yay! So now I  need to clean like crazy while my parents work on the cooking. I get to go pick up my cousin and her brand new baby in a few hours, and I'm pretty excited.

Happy Thanksgiving all!!  I put all the bacon-wraped-blue-cheese-stuffed dates together last night so will just pop them in the oven.  Gonna go for a run and then come back and start prepping the green beans.  Then I'll head down to Palm Desert with BF's mom & dad (and our pooch) to celebrate with the rest of the family.  Unfortunately BF & his sister have to man the ski shop today and won't be able to make it.  He's pretty bummed that we won't get to have dinner together but I told him we should just be thankful that business is good and the shop needs him there.  Plus, I'll bring him a delicious plate of leftovers tonight too!

I hope you all have a fab day and stuff yourselves silly!!

    Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful dinner, with homemade cranberry sauce and the BEST GF bread EVER.  Seriously.  It's the first recipe that actually worked for us. :)

Mom and I started the Christmas shopping tonight.  She did some online stuff this morning, we attacked the ads and figured out her shopping strategy, and I assembled a materials' list for some of the most important gifts :)  I decided I'm making all my gifts this year, so Joanns will be quite thankful for my entire budget!

Happy thanksgiving everyone.  I hope every had a great time with their families.  I did.  I spent the early afternoon at my sister's house w/ my side of the family.  It was fun low key, but niece has a wii and we got to play Just Dance 3.  I know several peopel were talking about it and it is so much fun.  It's definitely a workout.  I need to get that game.

Then we went over to the BF's aunt house around 4 to be with his side of the family.  That was fun a bigger event that my side of the family.  So BF's sister is getting engaged in the next fewweeks his mom was telling me at all about he that he got her the ring, ect, ect.  Then she tells me about my BF, that with anything in life, job, car, house or whatever.  He has to constantly be harassed to do things.  I felt like she was talking about us and an engagement. I didn't know what to do with that, it definitely wasn't mean to be mean. BF is a huge procrastinator.  I was like ok. Thanks.

I had such yummy food today and ate tons despite not eating any turkey.  I am thankful for so much including you guys.  Now I am off to bed!

    Anniversary
