I am going to be in Fort Lauderdale/Miami in 3 weeks!! I get there late Thursday, Dec 8th & leave on Monday, Dec 12th. The only plans I have are going to the Eagles/Dolphins game on Sunday & I made a dinner reservation at some place in Miami for Saturday night. 

Ollie: are you able to visit?  I responded to you on FB but I don't know if you saw it.

    I will definitely let you know! It's a long drive from where I am, but maybe I can make it an overnight trip or something. I haven't been to Miami in like 2 years!

    Yes please!!!!! 

    Ollie: I'm staying in Hollywood & got a pretty good deal on my hotel I think. If you do decide to stay over in the area I can give you the hotel info. I booked a "hot deal" on Hotwire so I think I can get the same rate on other rooms there also. 

    SKP: I just saw your FB message, that would definitely work for me! (lunch on Saturday in South Beach).

    Couples would probably be better because I don't know what Sean will do if I give him the boot for the afternoon.

    I'm jealous.  I'll be in FL after that...like Dec 22ish.

    But I'll also be alll the way on the west coast, so further away from most of the NEY FL people :)

    Ok, so SKP I live in Central FL, like closer to Melbourne area.... Between Kissimmee and Melbourne, so it's like a 3 hour drive (luckily the turnpike is uber close to me).

    Aaaaand if I can make it, I'll totally be alone because FI has to work (at least I'm almost positive he does). I just have to figure out if I can find someone to watch the girls. And if we're doing lunch I could totally just make it a day trip and drive home. I clocked it last night and from my house to the stadium (that was the only landmark I could think of lol) it's 191 miles!

    Ollie, I can give FI the boot & we can do girls only!! He wanted to go thrift store shopping to hunt for old Dolphins stuff which doesn't really interest me much so maybe he can do that while we're at lunch & such?  

    I think we were planning on getting up early & going to the beach that day so if you can make it come early & we can be lazy & then do lunch!
