I know I haven't been around as much lately but I promise I'm lurking like crazy and trying to throw in some comments when I can. Anyway, our vacation to Kauai doesn't start until tomorrow but I'm starting vacay mode today as soon as I get home from work (just getting off duty at 8am today). Gotta pack and try to find my SCUBA cert card, fins, goggles, ect. Then, we'll head to LA for date night tonight and head out on our flight tomorrow. Yay!!! We're going to visit friends there in Kauai; we visited them the same time of year last year and loved it so much we're trying to go back every year if possible.
Also, good news on the Grandma front. She had surgery to put in a feeding tube yesterday and they should start pumping in food today. That'll help get her strength back. It's been a struggle but it doesn't seem like it's her time just yet. All I know is getting old - REALLY old - isn't pretty!!
Aaaand . . . I owe pictures!! From Catalina a couple weeks ago and I forget what else. I'll try to get on it as soon as possible!!
