The Weekend Update

Hiya,

How was everyone's weekend?  Anything exciting happen?

My weekend was pretty good, Friday night I was at the theater for the show I produced.  Saturday was a girls' night with good friends, while BF had boys night with my friends' BF's and husbands.  My friend who is getting divorced was there not sure if it's divorced or separated, she hasn't been sharing details or too much with us.  So it does make it hard to talk to her or offer advice.  If I told her I'm laways around if she needs to talk to vent.  Yesterday the show I produced closed.  I was at the theater most of the evening, then finally back to BF's for some chinese food.

At least now the show is closed, I was told I should be very proud of my first time producing.  I am proud, but I feel like now my stress level has calmed down like ten fold and I can breathe again.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.  I'll be back after work.  Have a great day!!!!!!

Sounds like a good weekend, and congrats on your first show! :)

My weekend was good. Friday I went out with BF and my BFF and danced my butt off. Saturday I bought a dress for the Venezuelan society party then took Lili to her first NHL hockey game and the Blues dominated the Lightning! Sunday was church, Webster Grove's Holiday shopping extravaganza, then baby shower and finally we met up with my cousin who was in from NOLA for the weekend.

Pretty good weekend, and I finally got my mom and sister to realize how stressful them commenting to BF and I about the  future engagement is.

Sounds like a really nice weekend!!!  Did you like producing?  Will you do it again? I can't imagine how stressful that must have been. Definitely take some to for YOU now & relax a bit!!!

I love hockey. Got tickets for the BF for Christmas for the Rangers, they are in Feb I can't wait.

Producing was ok, I prefer being on stage.  I may do it again but something smaller.  I am in a director's workshop this weekend and in 3 weeks I open with A Christmas Carol, I perform in those.  A lot more fun and a lot less stress. :-)
