Tuesday Accountabilty

B- tea, applesauce
L- pad thai with broccoli and tofu
S-apple
D- not sure yet.  I don't know if I feel like turning on the oven in this heat we are supposed to have today so either some marinated portabello mushroom and eggplant with some quinoa or ramen noodles
S- fresh fruit, some wine

E- swimming laps

  • B - banana, tea w/ skim and splenda, oatmeal with skim (282 cals)
    L - Leftover vegetarian refried beans with cheese and sour cream, salad with a hardboiled egg and oil and vinegar dressing, carrots (381 cals)
    D - probably a frozen dinner because it's a million degrees outside.  I wanted to make stuffed zucchini again, sugar free Swiss Miss pudding cup for dessert.

    S - blueberries and cherries (60 cals), Greek yogurt (140)

    E - I ran 18 minutes this morning and walked another 18.  Acid reflux makes it harder for me to run outside, but if I do short intervals of walking while I run it's bearable.  
  • I followed yesterday's eating plan perfectly but I didn't have time to go to the gym to lift weights.  I'll be going tonight to make up for it.

    B: whole grain English muffin w/ butter, berry smoothie
    L: steamed veggies, protein bar, fruit
    D: salad with fake chicken, cheese, and croutons
    S: muscle milk light

    E: I ran intervals this morning 5X400.  Lifting tonight.

  • I hope you feel better Tarra! I'm hypoglycemic and those episodes are never fun.

  • Those episodes are never fun, I know for me a I can sometimes pass out from hypoglycemia, even if I get close it can ruin the day.  I hope you get it sorted out soon, even if it means looking for a new endo.

    B: Fiber One cereal with soy milk and strawberries 240 cal S: Nature Valley bar 170 cal L: Light chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread 350 cal S: Fig Newtons 200 cal D: 4 oz of salmon and zucchini 300 cal E: 20 minutes jump roping, 5 minutes of sprints, 20 minutes of kettle bell work out, 15 minutes sparring with FH

  • B - Strawberry greek yogurt with maple granola
    L - Sweet and Salty nut bar, carrots and an apple (I was running late so I just grabbed a few things!)
    D - Asian Flank Steak Skewers and rice

    E - Couch to 5K if it's not raining, and if it is raining, then I'll do Zumba at home

    Also, I need to AW a bit because the first week of WW, I lost 6.4 lbs. I know it was mostly water weight, but it still felt so good to start out on the right track!
