AW: It's my birfday!

Yay!  I love my birthday.  :)  For my last year in my 20s, FI and I are celebrating by making this delicious recipe together:

Sauteed Scallops with Fennel Compote in Curry Sauce(<-- clicky)

Accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco and roasted veggie Israeli couscous.

As my bday present, FI got my car windows tinted and detailed the inside of my car.  I was beyond excited.  :)  I think the perfect gift is something a person wants, but doesn't want to spend the money on themselves.  That definitely fit that criteria!  :)

Annnnd a dear friend (who I haven't seen in years) is coming to visit me this weekend with her new baby!  I am ecstatic to see her and meet her baby.  I am just full of love and happiness right now!

The only thing that could make me happier right now is birthday LOL cats.  Can I haz?
