I have a new philosophy... I'm so far off the Insanity calendar, that I just decide what I feel like doing each morning. Today, I decided to do Insane Abs. I LOVED it! I plan on doing this workout at least twice a week during marathon/triathlon season. I'm including a picture, even though it isn't as good as the last one I posted. Keeps me accountable I guess.
Insane abs is 35 minutes of abs. Some jumps wiith high knees, and then a lot of work on the yoga mat. It's intense, and I did have to take a couple breaks, but not as many as I thought. It's also a killer shoulder workout because of all the plank work. Yay Insanity!
