It's Slushing Outside!

Well, it's not snow and it's not hail. It's something in the middle. We were teased this weekend with gorgeous weather. I hate winter!

I hate winter too! Just a few days ago it was sunny and above freezing. Now it's -20C with the wind chill! (-4F). I suppose I should be glad it's not -40... I hate the slushy rain stuff though. I find that if it's cold out and I get wet I can never get warm, at least with a dry cold you warm up soon after you get inside...

Actually, FI and I were *just* discussing our dream cities... I'm going to be on the job market next year, and he told me to look all over the US.

EW! I don't like any precipitation but rain in the middle of the summer.  I can't WAIT for it to warm up here!

I have two feet of snow.... It sucks!  Winter is not my favorite time of year.  I think I should migrate to AZ for the winter months.

Correction: move to SOUTHERN Arizona Haha. I live in Flagstaff. We just got 10 inches of snow.

Miami doesn't get snow, but it's one heck of a culture shock... you basically move to Cuba!  We both like it well enough, but neither of us want to be here permanently and we CERTAINLY don't want to raise kids here (or at least not in our neighborhood, where they'd be in a bad school district).
