What's your talent?

So I'm watching it right now and some of these people are extremely good at what they are doing.

What are you good at?

I used to be really good at the flute. I haven't played since high school though so I'm sure I'm not very good any more. I also write, mostly poetry but other things too, but thats not like something I could perform.

I've always wished I could sing but sadly I can't carry a tune in a bucket! It doesn't stop me from singing along in my car though :)

I'm always amazed at people on that show. I just wonder how you would figure out that you could do some of that stuff.

I would say I am not really outstanding at anything, however, I have done/can do a lot of things fairly well. I like making music, give me a few hours and I can learn pretty much any instrument. My favorite and the thing one I am probably the best at is the irish penny whistle. Contrary to popular belief, while it is very easy to make a sound it is one of the hardest instruments to play well. I use to play 3-4 hours a day I don't have that kind of time now.

I have been told I'm a good teacher. I think I have a lot to learn. I think I'm just good with kids in general. You'd be surprised how many teachers just don't understand kids.

I don't know if I was ever really good at one thing.  I'm pretty mediocre, but I've done a lot of stuff.

I was a really good dancer a few years ago.  I was good at clogging.

I'm an above average singer (though not outstanding by any means).

I am ridiculously organized - is that a talent or my semi-OCD? lol

    LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!

I don't think I have anything awesome that can be considered a talent. I used to be able to put my leg behind my head but now that I'm old, I don't think I can/I'm scared to try.

Jeter - You sound like my FI.

I apparently have mad batting skills (well for my level of athleticism anyway). I greatly impressed FI. I was proud of myself for that. I can also remember stuff pretty darn well.

I can cross one eye and move the other back and forth - it freaks people out!  I do it to annoy my Mother when she's lecturing me on something.

Also, I can hula-hoop for hours.  HOURS!  The most I've ever done was 4.5 hours to win a silly competition at summer camp.  Yeah... oh, and I can do 8 hula hoops at once.  I used to be able to do that indefinitely, but now it's probably capped at about 30 seconds to a minute since it requires spinning and I get dizzy/motion sick easier as I get older.
