I just saw this in an online job posting and had to share:

"Emails also excepted for consideration."

This is just sad.  Aren't they going to accept my email? 

Sorry to pretty much post and run - I'm just home for a couple hours between volunteer shifts at my church's food bank.

    LOL. I couldn't figure out your post at first. I was trying to figure out what it meant to the posting meant. Haha...I need the weekend. I am brain dead. Mid-terms do that to me. That's a pretty big typo. They must not have proof-read it before posting.

    What is the human race coming to!?! :( How sad. I don't even feel that one can be passed off as a typo; it's quite simply the wrong word for that sentence.

    I was trying to figure out what the heck they meant, then I read the rest. You think that they would have more than one person proofread it before they put that out there.

    Yeah, I would probably send them an email letting them know about the typo; I'm just a bitch when it comes to grammar.
