It has happened.  We are engaged as of last night!!!  =))

Last night Calvin and I went out to a delicious steak dinner.  When we were ordering dessert (yummm, Creme Brulee), the server asked us if we were celebrating a special occassion.  At that point, Calvin said "I'm glad you asked, actually, I wanted to as Tiffanie here to marry me."  Then he pulled out the ring!  I was so excited, and I think the server was more surprised than I was because he said that he did not orchestrate that!  Of course, I said yes!

They brought us out complementary champagne and took our picture.  Then they printed the picture and had it for us by the time they gave us our check.  So cool!

So, I just wanted to share with you ladies.  We are both very excited, happy, and enjoying the moment.

    Thanks, ladies! And Marley, the waiter did freak out a little because even though his question prompted the occasion, he was not expecting it!

    Creme Brulee YAY!!!! Hehehe I kidd, congrats!  That's an awesome proposal, he sounds like he had it all under control.  BTW I love creme brulee too!

    What a cute proposal story! I love the part about the waiter being shocked!!

    I'm so glad to hear that your post from a week ago about your BF (now FI!!!) talking to your parents ended up with a proposal!
