I have a bunch of chicken breast and I want to make a breaded chicken something out of them.  Like chicken fingers or tenders or something.  I looked on allrecipes but I didn't see much.  Anyone have any great recipes?

Blue & White

I make some amazing chicken parm...it's also good non-parmed.

Pound chicken pretty thin (I usually cut breasts in half too)
Coat in flour
Beat ~2 eggs + a smidge of milk together - put flour-coated chicken in this
Combine some Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (about 3 parts to 1 part) - put egg chicken in this.

Spray with Pam on both sides.

Cook at 400 F for ~20 min until juices run clear.


Add sauce + mozzarella cheese for last 5 min if you want to parm it up

It's amazing as cold leftovers too.

EDIT: Panda I bookmarked all except the stuff chicken one... I am not a big fan of stuff chicken but the first one looked awesome Can't wait to try it!

A cook breaded some chicken in Fruit Loops in this show I watched when I was younger. I don't eat chicken, so I never tried it. But it sounds yummy! Right? Maybe not...
